Shipping & Returns
We aim to get your orders to you as fast as we can, but we say 3-5 business days for processing orders. We are currently doing post office parcel drops on Tuesdays and Thursdays for anything that is bigger than Large Letter, and daily drops at the local post box for anything up to a large letter.
However we do make a number of the items and occasionally find ourselves out of stock of things available on the website. If this happens we'll get in touch to let you know of any delay to your order and give you the option of waiting, taking an alternative or a refund for that part your order.
For lamps and lampshades please allow up to 10 working days as these are normally made to order.
We have several shipping options, we send the majority of our post out by Royal Mail 2nd Class but have added the option to upgrade to 1st Class, DPD, Studio Collection or Delivery within the Glasgow area. If you'd like other delivery options please get in touch prior to ordering and we can provide a quote & invoice for shipping. firstname.lastname@example.org
PLEASE NOTE OUR LOCAL DELIVERY & STUDIO PICK UP IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED.
Local Delivery - we are currently piloting this option and will be doing deliveries to addresses within a 6 mile radius of Glasgow City Centre twice a week, most likely in the afternoon/ early evenings. We will get in touch to confirm a rough time with you for delivery. All of our deliveries will be done by a member of the Braw Wee Team (most likely Jennifer) taking into account all COVID-19 safety recommendations.
Studio Pick Up - you can collect your order from the studio on a nominated day, just let us know in the comments and we'll be in touch to confirm a collection slot - if you have a preferred time let us know in the comments box too. There is no charge for this service.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Unless an item is faulty it is your responsibility to cover return postage costs and to ensure that returned goods are packaged and shipped responsibly to avoid any damages.
If you need to return an item, just email us, and we'll send you a return slip to send back with your order. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note we are unable to accept return of Face Masks or Coverings.
