Mozzarella and Ricotta Kit

You’ll be surprised at how quickly you could be sitting down to eat your own freshly made, yummy cheese from your new and improved Mozzarella and Ricotta Kit! You’ll have so much fun stretching Mozzarella and it’s so straight forward and easy to do. You can add your own herbs and spices to the cheeses too so the possibilities are endless. The process of making these delicious cheeses only takes around an hour from start to finish!
And when you’ve made your cheeses why not have a go at the wonderful recipes included in the Kit’s recipe booklet? You can make Tri Colore Spaghetti Frittata, Ricotta Gnocci and more. Better still, buy the Kit as a gift and let someone else make you these delicious dishes!
There’s enough ingredients to make 10 batches, with each batch weighing around 900g. There’s no need to make it all at once though… that would be a crazy amount of cheese! Stored in your cupboard this kit will last absolutely ages (well over a year) so you have plenty of time to enjoy it and dip in and out of cheese making.
